Howdy everybody! š¤ Where did the time go, eh? āWhat a month it has been! And we CANNOT WAIT TO SHARE IT š š š
Soooooooooooooo, we went to Centennial Park for a walk one time. The next week was a visit to the Bloedel Conservatory ā it sure was warm in there. š The week after that, we went to the arcade in Metrotown (Mainly cusā¦Iām scared of heights! šØ We were supposed to go to the WCA Fun Fair at Guildford Mall, and I probably wouldāve POOPED MY PANTS on a high up ride.) And for the final week of March, we went to the New Westminster Quay.
Fun Fridays
A note from the editor: Every week, Chris has a "Fun Friday" ā an outing or other activity that allows him to socialize with his peers and explore his community. Some, like the trip to the Bloedel Conservatory, are full-day outings. Other times, we stay close to home, and enjoy some fresh air on a walk or hike.

Healthy Baking Highlights
Peanut Butter and White Chocolate Chip Cookies
These were delicious-o! š Plus Iām surprised at how good they turned out š® As for why I chose to use white chocolate chips was cus we still had a bag left and I didnāt want it to go to waste so we used that instead of semi sweet chocolate chips in the cookies.Ā

Coming soon: Adventures of the Starknights (Arc 1)
Greetings travelers. Welcome to the Moonlight Inn. Can I get you a room, a drink? Oh⦠youāre here for the stories? Well, I suppose I got one. This story is about a group of interns, who work for a band of heroes known as the Starknights. A band of heroes from the land of Fezia. Whereās Fezia you ask? Well, itās far away from here. Very far away. Our story starts on a little cart on its way to Boulderay, carrying the interns. Take a seat and letās uncap this fizzy taleā¦Ā
Sneak peek:
The wagon rattled along the winding mountain path, its wooden wheels groaning a weary tune against the cobblestones. High above, the snow-capped peaks of the Vaas Highlands pierced the swirling mists, while below, the dark, whispering expanse of the Elderpine forests stretched like a vast, verdant sea. This was Faeza, a tapestry of realms woven together by magic and mystery, and our story began in the quaint alpine village of Boulderay, home to the legendary Starknights. Inside the wagon, a motley group of travelers sought to escape the chill mountain air. Sheriff Cosmo Novalite, her weathered face etched with the lines of a life spent under the harsh sun of Winder Canyon, shifted uncomfortably on the hard wooden bench. Beside her, Rowan, a wood elf druid with eyes like moss-covered stones, stared out at the passing forest, a quiet intensity radiating from him. Lyra Tidemist, her gaze fixed on a complex contraption of gears and wires in her lap, hummed a tuneless melody, the scent of salt and metal clinging to her. And in the corner, Nyx, a halfling shrouded in shadows, seemed to blend into the very fabric of the wagon, their presence as subtle as a whisper.
Highlight of the Month:
Ferry Ride at New Westminster Quay
Boarding the ferry was smooth enough, but once we got going I could hardly hear a thing. I stayed quiet with just a āEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEā in my ears as we raced along the water to the next stop. On the way back it was the same noise, and once we got off we headed to the SkyTrain station and headed home. I had a good time cus I hadnāt been on the ferry ride in a while. š©µ
Joke of the Month:
Q: What happened when the treeās bank closed?Ā
A: It started itās own branch! š
