Top 3 Memorable Moments of the Month
Rotary Book Fair
This one was very special, as I went back to my old high school. It was strange walking through there! Despite all the people there, I felt like I was in the backrooms. (Five Nights at Freddy’s reference, if anyone caught that!) Anywho, I saw my brother and dad there, which was cool. It was the last day of the book fair, which meant you got to bring a bag and fill it up for only $10. And I got YES amount of books! (I don’t recall exactly how many.) One of my favorite finds was this very cool Betty Crocker cookbook, which had a recipe forrrrrrrrrr...
Chicken Manicotti!

THIS. This recipe is a special one. Super-Easy Chicken Manicotti, from Betty Crocker’s Entertaining Basics (the aforementioned cookbook from the book fair).
Making it was a bit of a pain (worth it!) because you have to stuff ice-cold chicken into uncooked manicotti shells. The shells were rigid and prone to breaking, if I put too much pressure on them. Then, I put the tomato sauce & cheese on top, put it in the oven, and then waited for a while until it was ready to go. And it was very delish!
(Re) starting Transit!
I have started practicing taking Transit again, to help prepare for the future. Why? Because I see it as necessary that I am able to take the bus on my own, so I can get from the suite to my work and to Dad’s house. It’s going great so far, although I’m not going out all by myself yet. I will keep you all posted!
What’d I do this Fun Friday?
Granville Island :D
Hooooooo boy, I'm excited to tell you all about this one!
We arrived at Granville Island around 12:00 PM-ish. We walked around a bit, and met up with my friends. 🙂 Then we had lunch (which for me was Chicken Strips & Fries from The Market Grill). After lunch, we went on the Aquabus (the small variety), where we saw what I think was a seal? We were able to snap a picture of its head poking out. Was it a seal? Was it a whale? Who knows. Give your opinion in the comments! We also saw huge expensive lookin’ yachts, and a big ol’ Aquabus (the large variety).

SOBC Swimming & bowling
SOBC is short for Special Olympics of British Columbia, for those who don’t know what it stands for. I have been doing two of the Special Olympic practices so far, which are swimming & bowling. The swimming is at Grandview Heights Aquatic Center, and I’m learning a lot there (even though my arms get so sore!) Bowling is at Sandcastle Bowling Lanes, and it’s so much fun.
What I’m Playing
The Hunt: Roblox 20
20 years of Roblox, all tied together in one game, with this greeting to the players who dare to enter…

Go back through 20 years of Roblox and experience where it all began, one era at a time. Some games will feel instantly familiar. Others may surprise you. And there's always more to the story.
This mega-game features Roblox classics like Sword Fight On The Heights IV (SFOTH IV for short) and Jailbreak (for those who enjoy having a rush of thrilling adventure & escaping from police [If you join the criminal team in that game]). The Hunt also included some favourites, such as Work At A Pizza Place, Piggy, and Grow A Garden. At the end, we saw some modern games, like Animal Hospital & Sell Lemons.
There were many UGCs (User Generated Content) made for The Hunt, like the Crossroads tower, which is a head accessory, and Time Travel’s Schoolpack which is a back accessory from Roblox High School. My personal fave would have to be the Builder Brother’s Balancing Act, which is 3 pizza boxes stacked on top of one another, and the 3rd box is open to reveal a pepperoni pizza!

My experience as a player was very good, and very funny at times as well! Like when I was running about the Heights trying not to get slain, whilst trying to collect of the SFOTH Swords (I collected Linked Sword, Firebrand, Ghostwalker & Ice dagger), or when I was playing Work At A Pizza Place, where grabbing the secret recipe screwed up with the timeline….hahahaha….. 😅. My fave part was playing Work At A Pizza Place — just goin’ through the motions, and seeing what it looked like back in the day, was amazing! As for the hardest part? I…actually don’t know how to answer that one, as there were none (at least for me).
I would rate The Hunt a 9 out of 10. I thought they could’ve included other games, like Tower Defense Simulator. Other than that, it was pretty good. My advice if you plan to play this game? Be ready to do what you do best, and explore the many games through The Hunt.
Joke of the Month:
Q: Why did the scarecrow win an award?
A: Because he was outstanding in his field!
