Fun Fridays
A note from the editor: Every week, Chris has a "Fun Friday" — an outing or other activity that allows him to socialize with his peers and explore his community. Some are full-day outings. Other times, we stay close to home, and enjoy some fresh air on a walk or hike.
December 5th — Sandcastle Bowling and Boston Pizza
This one has an “Eh” standard in my books. It isn’t my favorite, but it isn’t the worst either. Still had fun at this one.
December 12th — Vancouver Christmas Market
This one is my personal favorite as it is where I got my brother’s Christmas present :0
December 19th — Noel Festival at Cloverdale Fair Grounds
Ah yes, the… last one of the year. Kinda depressing that it’s the last one, but fun at the same time — hey, we get to do something fun! But… it’s still the last Fun Friday of the year. :0 :0 :0 :0 :)

Writing Prompt: "An innocent New Years Eve party gets WAYYY out of hand..."
It was quite the busy time at the Starview Education Center & Museum with everybody rushin’ around. Even Starwell herself was rushing about.
“Can’t be late for the fireworks… Also gotta be sure Cookie’s ready with the treats for tonight…”
She almost tripped over her pet asteroid, Comet, who snarfed at her in disappointment. “Sorry Comet!” Starwell called as she vanished into the crowd.
Later that night, Starwell was sat by the fireworks getting them rigged, unaware that Fishy had added a little explosive surprise for her. When she connected two wires, they went off and started spinning in the air! One of them exploded in Starwell’s face, sending her into a nearby pond with a loud SPLASH. Meanwhile, everyone was running around in circles in chaos trying to avoid the spinning fireworks as they crashed to the ground. (One of the fireworks was ironically called the spinning fairy.)
One sent Quizzy flying into Astry’s arms making them both blush, and Astry ran off, carrying Quizzy in his arms as he ran for his life from the spinning fireworks. Fishy was just laughing his bottom off in the background.
The following day, the whole park was just littered with smoldering craters everywhere and everyone was hiding in different places.

Highlight of the Month
Vancouver Christmas Market
We took the SkyTrain to get to the market. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaallllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll the way from South Surrey to Waterfront station in Vancouver. It was a very German-themed festival. We saw socks, hot dogs, chocolates, hot sauce & much, much more. :0
We wandered around for a while before I saw a pair of Hamburger & Fries socks. I just knew my brother would love them, so after a little chat with my father over the phone, I got le socks for my brother and brought them home with me when we left.

Q: How can you tell that Santa is real?
A: Because you can sense his presents!

Loved seeing this Christopher! Great adventures out 😉
Hi Chris. Great blog - you are so creative. For Christmas I got a beautiful bracelet from B that I love and I am proud to have advanced in my workouts thanks to the new weights you gave me. 🤗
