Oh, hey, there. Welcome back to the monthly newsletter. I was just on the roof cleaning things up when I slipped, and, well…ended up down here. :| This month was a crazy one, I’ll say that much. Hoooooo boy, have I got a lot to unpack for you all: Fun Fridays, jokes, and a funni exercise moment!

A note from the editor: Every week, Chris has a "Fun Friday" — an outing or other activity that allows him to socialize with his peers and explore his community. Some are full-day outings. Other times, we stay close to home, and enjoy some fresh air on a walk or hike.

Workout Highlight

The Accidental Plank

During one of my workouts at the gym, I accidentally did a 1 minute plank! Soooooo, about this. My BI and I did a 1 minute plank while watching Tales From The Stinky Dragon animations on YouTube Shorts. We were only supposed to do a 30 second plank but then we realized the animations were 1 minute long! Soooooooooo yeah :) We both laughed so hard that our jaws hurt. And normally I HATE doing the plank -_- but this time it was enjoyable cus of the animations.

Fog hung around Starwell’s Lighthouse as she slept in her bed. Sunlight drifted through the partly opened curtains in the lighthouse. A bark dragged Starwell from her sleep. On the bed in front of her sat her pet asteroid Comet. Comet had a short stub of rock that extended from his rear end, acting, for all intents and purposes, like the tail of a puppy dog. His tail wagged happily as he licked his owner’s face. “Mornin’ Buddy. Guess I overslept again, huh?” Starwell got up and went to get dressed into her everyday clothes from her PJs. The clothing she chose to wear was a green shirt. She then went downstairs. Comet bounded down the stairs after his owner. She filled his bowl with food and Comet started just nomming. “Love ya, buddy,” Starwell said as she pet Comet. “Arf!” went Comet. Being pet by Starwell made him happy.

Highlight of the Month:

The Catfe (& Junior)

Ah yes, the Catfe: my fave spot we went this month. There were so many cats, I felt very giddy inside (yet kept it contained). However, it was just SO DARN CUTE WHEN JUNIOR RUBBED AGAINST MY LEGS… Why can’t cats just take over the world already? Junior is a black & white tuxedo cat, BTW, if you’re wondering what he looks like. He’s a little, but fluffy, fellow. There was also a black cat I was playing with (Sorry, I don’t know their name ._.)!

Joke of the Month:

Q: On what grounds did the police arrest a demon?

A: On grounds of possession. 😈
